Our journey started in Shibuya, Tokyo in 2011, and since then, the Kakigori industry in Japan has flourished. Now, we are thrilled to bring the beloved flavors of Japan to Melbourne, aiming to inspire a whole new market.

Our crystal clear ice blocks is sourced from Kuramoto Ice in Kanazawa, Japan, made from the water flowing from the Hakusan mountain.

We value balance and lightness in our Kakigori, with each ingredient chosen carefully and with purpose. We hope everyone enjoys the delicate nuances that come together harmoniously to deliver a memorable experience with every bite.
